Unavailability

Clicking a blank cell on a future date allows you to request time off or indicate your work availability. 

To enter a date on which you are not available for scheduling, click the date in the calendar view, then click the Unavailability tab in the side panel to indicate whether you would like to work or are unavailable on that date.

 

Record Unavailability to Work on Selected Date(s)

 

The number of Unavailability Days you have remaining for the selected schedule period displays at the top of the panel. These are determined by department settings.

If your plans change and you become available for scheduling, click the calendar date on which you have entered unavailability, select I am available to work, and click Add to Schedule
