Interactive Calendar View

The MyScheduler homepage displays the current schedule period in calendar format. Today’s date is highlighted in yellow. Schedule period dates display in the calendar header. Click the arrows next to the schedule period date to view up to three periods in the past or 15 periods in the future. Click the home icon in the screen header to return to the current schedule period.

The Schedule Period Commitment progress bar displays the number of hours scheduled per week based on your commitment. If your commitment is 36 hours per week, the circle will be complete once you meet that threshold. The circle turns yellow if you exceed your commitment and red when there is overtime. 

Employees can print the calendar view by clicking the print icon in the navigation bar. The can also view their current, home department schedule by clicking the Department View link.

The calendar view displays your scheduled shifts and dates you wish to not be scheduled, as well as requests for time off, shift trade statuses, and open department needs. Requests awaiting approval, are highlighted as Pending requests in the calendar view. 

You can control what you see in the calendar view by clicking the down arrow next to the schedule status and selecting the types of schedule events you wish to see.
