Employee Profile and Notifications

Click the Profile icon in the MyScheduler screen header to view your employee information, to enter your scheduling preferences, create a default schedule, and to opt in to receiving SMS text messages on your mobile phone.

A red badge displays over the Notifications icon when you have unread scheduling notifications such as PTO approvals, shift trade swap requests, and open needs approvals. Click the icon to view notifications. Messages in the notifications screen are stored for up to one week.

 

When you click on your name in the MyScheduler navigation bar, your Employment Details display, along with a menu of other options. See below for additional information on these options. 

 

Employment Details

When you click the profile icon in the screen header, your employment details display. This information is read-only and includes your contact information, facility, department, default schedule information such as work schedule, part of day, guaranteed hours per week, primary skill, shift duration, and assigned rotations.
